TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. By purchasing our products, you agree and acknowledge that you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits the products may provide.
PRODUCT STAISFACTION
If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of your receipt of the product, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund; provided (i) the item(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) we receive your return within thirty (30) days of delivery to you; and (iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you. Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges.
There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items. Final Sale Items are labeled in product description.
RETURN SHIPPING
You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate parcel insurance and tracking. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the product carefully to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours after it has been delivered to you. Please contact us to notify us of any damaged product, including a full description of the damage.

- 03How do I sign up to get a discount on my first purchase? Just scroll down below from our home page and you’ll see the option on the lower right corner. Feel free to add your email address and you should get a discount on your first purchase!
- 04Where do I redeem my Gift Card? Similar to redeeming a promo code, when you're at the checkout page, you'll find 'Redeem a gift card' located on the right side within the Order Summary section. This option is positioned just below 'Enter a promo code.' Simply click on 'Apply' after selecting it.
- 05Returns & RefundWe will credit one returned unopened product per customer if the received package is postmarked within 30 days from receipt of the order and included with an RMA number obtained from customer service. If within 30 days customers complain about the product, a 30-50% refund may be issued. Refunds will be issued to the customer's credit card within 3 business days. No returns are credited after 30 days from receipt of the order. Any merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense and must have an RMA number marked on it. No returns are credited if they are not accompanied by an RMA number. No refunds will be issued for any used product. If the order has not shipped, we can modify the order to your liking. If the order has shipped, you will then need to follow the return/exchange process.
- 09What should I do if my order arrives incomplete?Document the Issue: Note down what items are missing from your order. It's also helpful to take pictures of the received package and any packing slips or invoices included.

It should redirect you to a page that shows the addresses you added and there should be an option for you to edit your address or remove it. You may also edit the personal info in this section. Once you are done filling it out, just click on “Update Address”.

Fill out the necessary information.
