How do I redeem a promo Code?
1. On your Checkout page, you’ll see the option to add a Discount Code.
2. Add the discount code and click on “Apply”.
Please note: Discount codes are not applicable to on-sale products or Wholesale prices.
How do I place an order?
- Just go to our website https://www.organna.com/
- Make sure to click “Enter, I am 18+ “
- Click on “Shop Now”
- It will redirect you to a new page with all our products, Select the product you’d like to purchase.
- If you’d like to order multiple products, click on “add to cart” If not, click on “Buy Now”.
- It will then direct you to the Checkout page.
- Select the shipping option/Delivery Method.
- Add a payment method.
- It will then ask you to review and place the order.

How do I sign up to get a discount on my first purchase?
Just scroll down below from our home page and you’ll see the option on the lower right corner. Feel free to add your email address and you should get a discount on your first purchase!
Where do I redeem my Gift Card?
Similar to redeeming a promo code, when you're at the checkout page, you'll find 'Redeem a gift card' located on the right side within the Order Summary section. This option is positioned just below 'Enter a promo code.' Simply click on 'Apply' after selecting it.

Returns & Refund
We will credit one returned unopened product per customer if the received package is postmarked within 30 days from receipt of the order and included with an RMA number obtained from customer service. If within 30 days customers complain about the product, a 30-50% refund may be issued. Refunds will be issued to the customer's credit card within 3 business days.
No returns are credited after 30 days from receipt of the order. Any merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense and must have an RMA number marked on it. No returns are credited if they are not accompanied by an RMA number. No refunds will be issued for any used product.
