At Organna, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness solutions directly to your door through our convenient subscription service. Please review our subscription policy below to understand how it works, including billing, cancellations, and other important terms.
1. Subscription Overview
When you enroll in a subscription with Organna, you authorize us to automatically deliver your selected products at the interval you choose (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your subscription will continue until canceled.
2. Billing & Payment
- Your payment method will be charged automatically at the time of each shipment.
- Prices and billing cycles are clearly displayed at checkout and in your account dashboard.
- All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
3. Shipping
- Subscription orders qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
- Orders ship automatically based on the frequency you select. Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your email.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your Organna account. You may:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip a delivery
- Change your product or frequency
- Update your payment or shipping information
- Cancel your subscription
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect in time.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first order has processed. To cancel:
- Log in to your account and select “Manage Subscription”
- Choose “Cancel Subscription” and follow the on-screen steps
Important: Cancellations made after a billing date will apply to the next cycle. We do not offer refunds for already processed shipments.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused, and we will notify you via email. You can update your payment method in your account to resume service.
7. Price Changes & Notifications
We may update product pricing or subscription terms periodically. Subscribers will receive a minimum of 7 days’ notice via email before any changes take effect.
